Yes, our morning and evening classes are available for anyone who would like to join! $15 per class. Spaces are limited so you must register ahead of time. You can view our schedule and register here.

Our daily morning & evening Yoga/Wellness classes are group sessions. Typically, there are anywhere between 4-10 participants.

Here is an example of what you can expect our meals to be like:
Breakfast - stewed apples and oatmeal (with various toppings available) are the main preparations. We also have a few types of bread, jams, and almond butter available.
Lunch - Kitchari, chutney (sauce), vegetables (sauteed, steamed, or roasted), and a bread preparation (i.e. chapati, papadam, biscuit).
Dinner - A grain (rice, quinoa, barley, or buckwheat), a soup (lentils and/or veggies), steamed or baked veggies with sauce.

In most cases, yes! Our food is completely vegetarian and mostly organic. We typically serve ghee (clarified butter) with our meals but we can easily use a substitute to accommodate a fully vegan diet. We do not use much gluten, so we can also easily accommodate a gluten-free diet.

In general, guests and some staff enjoy their meals together. We facilitate a nice social atmosphere where you can make connections with like-minded people and be uplifted by insightful, inspiring conversations. Many guests find this to be one of the most enjoyable aspects of their retreat.
We ask everyone to keep the conversations light and positive, and to remain sensitive to other guests, as everyone is going through their unique healing process. Please stay away from controversial or provocative topics.
That being said, there is no pressure to socialize. We are here to cater to your needs, and you are always welcome to enjoy your meals alone/in silence.

For our overnight retreats, you can either check-in on a Sunday or Thursday. Our check-in time is 11:30 am, with lunch served at 1 pm and our check-out time is after breakfast (10 am). However, please let us know if these times don't work for you and we will do our very best to accommodate your schedule.

Absolutely! We are conveniently located within close driving distance of some of the most incredible parks, springs, and other attractions in Florida. Click here to see a list of some suggested activities/adventures to do during any free time while you are here.

The Gainesville Airport (GNV) is a small regional airport located just 20 minutes from us. You may have to have a layover flight to get there, but if you fly into Gainesville we are an easy Uber/Lyft ride away. You could also fly into Jacksonville (JAX) which is 1.5 hours away or Orlando (MCO) which is about 2 hours away. We do not offer any direct ride services. We suggest either utilizing Uber/Lyft or renting a car.

Yes, we allow dual occupancy for spouses, family members, friends, etc. and there is a special discount! Accommodations for the 2nd guest are free! (Note: the rooms for dual-occupancy do only have 1 queen-sized bed).
We do have an additional facility (3 min drive/15 min walk) from us where we offer discounted, dorm-style accommodations (3 beds, for up to 3 women) for our group retreats/trainings.

We have some rooms with private bathrooms and some that share bathrooms. See our Accommodations tab for a full overview of our rooms.

We do not serve any caffeinated beverages as this is contraindicated for our treatments. If you struggle with withdrawal symptoms, we have chai or black tea available.

Our instructors will teach you according to your level of ability. You are totally welcome as you are.

We do have wifi, although we encourage you to disconnect as much as possible during your stay with us.

Cash tips are greatly appreciated and can be given to your therapist at the time of your treatment or before you check out. You are also welcome to offer tips via credit card.

Terms & Conditions
ACCESSIBILITY:
If you need assistance with mobility, or if you have severe medical issues, please give us a call before you book to discuss if we are the right fit for you.
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
If booking within 7 days of your retreat the complete payment is due at the time of booking.
PAYMENTS:
All card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
The remaining balance for your booking will be charged automatically 7 days before your arrival.
Additional services and purchases during your stay will be charged automatically to your card.
If you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, the Ayurveda Health Retreat retains all payments in full.
You are providing the Ayurveda Health Retreat with your permission to save your card information for further transactions (it is safely encrypted in our payment processing system).
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
You may cancel your retreat at any time up to 8 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival, however, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
If you paid for your retreat in full while booking and you cancel 8 days (or more) prior to your retreat, the 50% deposit will be retained by the Ayurveda Health Retreat and the remaining balance will be refunded.
There are no refunds if you cancel the retreat after the remaining balance has been charged (7 days before arrival).
Should you have to end your stay with us early, we are sorry to see you go, however, the Ayurveda Health Retreat will retain payment in full.
Should you need to cancel or change a scheduled treatment or service there is no cancellation fee if done so 8 days (or more) prior to your arrival at the retreat.
Cancellations of treatments or services made within 7 days of your retreat or during your stay at the retreat are non-refundable (the service may be canceled, however, it can not be refunded).
RE-SCHEDULING RETREAT:
Rescheduling is available only once, without losing the deposit, provided:
You give us a written notice thirty days or more prior to your scheduled arrival.
The new dates are within 6 months of the original arrival dates.
Otherwise, the deposit is retained by the Ayurveda Health Retreat, and a new deposit would be required to book a retreat.
GRATUITIES:
Cash ratuities are accepted and appreciated. You are also welcome to use a Card, Venmo, or Paypal.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is at 11:30 am & Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Unless an alternate time has been pre-approved by our office staff, it is important that you arrive around 11:30, so you have time to settle in. We will serve lunch at 1 pm, and we will likely schedule your first treatment for 2 pm. If you don’t arrive on time, you might miss your first treatment, and we can not offer refunds for missed treatments.
If these times do not suit you kindly communicate this to our staff before booking to see how we can cater to your needs.

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Ayurveda Health Retreat and any of its employees, agents, directors, and officers (hereinafter “the Releasees”) and each of them FROM ALL LIABILITY FOR ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND ON ACCOUNT OF PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING INJURY RESULT IN DEATH, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO SERVICE PROVIDED BY the Ayurveda Health Retreat, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE RELEASEES’ OWN NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
I hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST, that the Releasees, the Releasor, or any third party may incur arising out of or related to services provided by Ayurveda Health Retreat, WHETHER CAUSED THE RELEASEES” OWN NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
