1 Panchakarma Treatment
Enjoy the amazing effects of a message with herbal-infused oils. This special therapeutic massage detoxifies and rejuvenates the body, improves circulation, strengthens the immune system, and enhances the skin's complexion. Above all, it leaves you with a general sense of well-being. Your PK treatment also includes Swedhana (gentle steam treatment), Nasya (nasal/sinus therapy), and Shirodhara (nervous system reset and rejuvenation)
1 Marma Therapy Treatment
This session is tailored according to your specific needs and may include Marma Therapy (Ayurveda's traditional body pressure point system for processing traumas, physical and energetic blockages, and any form of disease), Akara (Broad handed slow compressing oil massage), Yoga Physiotherapy (Joint alignment and integration) and Pranic energy healing.
Experience deep relief from physical, mental, and emotional pain stored in the body.

Accommodations (optional). Most people do prefer to stay on-site at the Retreat, but you are also welcome to arrange your own accommodations if you prefer.

Accommodations are not included in the base price. Upon booking, you can select from one of our accommodation options that fits your needs! If you prefer to stay off-site, there are plenty of airbnbs in the area, and we are happy to give recommendations.
