Ayurveda Mama Training

the ancient art of caring for mama and babe throughout PRECONCEPTION, pregnancy, BIRTH and Postpartum

- & beyond

OCTOBER 30TH - NOVEMBER 23RD 2024

Wednesdays & Saturdays at 10am EST (1.5 hour sessions)

I deeply believe that the glory of our future depends on the ways in which we care for our children today, from preconception, to birth, and beyond.

Welcome to the journey of motherhood

In Ayurveda, a mother's well-being is paramount. When mama feels nourished on all levels – physically, emotionally, and spiritually – baby thrives.
